The Headspace Guide to… A Mindful Pregnancy
A wonderful book regarding mindfulness and meditation through conception, infertility, miscarriage, pregnancy, birth and bringing baby home. Look for it at the local library, Chapters or Amazon

Mental Health Resources
There are extensive community resources and places to find help if you are struggling with your mental health. This document was prepared by the Rural Ontario Medical Program specific for youth mental health services, however it contains excellent resources which will be helpful for men and women of all ages.
